Bindaeduk 빈대떡 is known as mung bean (green bean) pancake which is savoury kind of Korean style pancake. Made up of ground mung beans, green onions, kimchi, or peppers cooked in a frying pan. It is usually served with a special kind of dipping sauce made of soy sauce, minced green onions, chili pepper flakes and some vinegar.
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside is probably how I would described this dish; pan fried to perfection. Due to it’s huge portion that could lead to a overpowering taste, I would suggest to share this dish with as many as you can. Since it was just the both of us, we had to pack the leftovers back which eventually didn’t taste as nice as it was served hot.
